In this interactive cooking class, Chef Matt will teach you how to make a four-course Italian dinner. You’ll learn the techniques needed to create stunning Italian fare, from appetizers to dessert. You’ll begin with a simple bread salad with crushed tomatoes and fresh basil. You’ll then prepare a creamy butternut squash risotto, topped with whipped mascarpone (Italian cream cheese). For the main course, Chef Matt will teach you how to make chicken saltimbocca, an Italian classic, paired with chili and garlic-fried rapini. To finish the meal, you’ll use blood oranges to craft a delightful sorbet.
