Cooking Class: Chinese-Japanese Fusion Favorites

Authentic Chinese and Japanese recipes take a fusion twist in this cooking class led by Chef Daniel. Celebrate the spirit of both cultures as you learn how to prepare classic dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. Start with vegetable gyoza, steamed dumplings filled with mushrooms, ginger and sesame. Next is chicken fried rice with garlic, ginger, carrots and onions. Dessert is a traditional and creamy rice pudding prepared with rice, eggs and vanilla.
