You'll learn how to create Arabian curried lamb with potatoes and vegetarian moussaka with eggplant and fresh herbs. Next, raise the spice level with Jamaican jerk chicken prepared with habanero peppers, beans and lime. Chef Mohit outdid himself with the moussaka! I can not say enough good things about the dessert either, not too heavy or sweet. Just the right thing to finish dinner off with.
