You’ll be steeped in authentic tradition with these recipes handed down through generations, while you savor the tastes and textures of a beloved European cuisine.
You can look forward to preparing an onion soup gratinee bubbling with Swiss cheese and studded with homemade croutons, and a luscious coq au vin with a deep, complex flavor profile. And for dessert, crêpes Suzette, accompanied by a pyrotechnics performance that takes the notion of “cooking with fire” to new heights!
