Begin with chicken and coconut milk soup, a creamy creation that blends the sweet and savory. Then, prepare pad thai noodles studded with fresh shrimp, eggs and tofu. For your entrée, a perfectly spiced green curry beef and eggplant dish. And for a beloved regional dessert, create a decadent coconut sticky rice served with mangoes.

Chef Elham was fantastic! She was incredibly prepared, fun to talk to, easy to learn from and we made delicious food together! I would 10000% recommend her to others who are interested in learning how to make sushi rolls or other cuisine.

Most recently, Chef Elham has served as the culinary program director of America's largest hands-on cooking class program as well as a culinary instructor at one of Google's largest campuses. Her specialties include classic French cuisine as well as exotic Asian fare that entices and energizes the palate.
