Cooking Class: Perfect Pastry Brunch

Hone your pastry skills as you prepare a delicious brunch menu of sweet and savory baked goods in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Libby will teach you how to work with different kinds of pastry dough, custard and more. 


To begin, you'll combine caramelized onions, tomatoes, and mozzarella into a handmade pastry crust and bake it into a flaky, golden galette. Then you'll prepare sweet apple scones topped with handmade caramel. Wrap up class by learning how to make a decadent coffee crème brûlée.

Chef Libby is a great instructor and it's clear that she years of experience both teaching and cooking. She is well versed in many cuisine types and can do it all!
