Wed, May 29th at 7:00PM
Thu, May 30th at 2:00PM
In this cooking class with Chef Clara, you will learn how to handcraft two different types of Vietnamese-style spring rolls, each taken to the next level with its own dipping sauce you will also be making from scratch.
Chef Clara will begin by teaching you how to prepare your fresh spring rolls, which will be filled with shrimp, vermicelli, crunchy vegetables, and fresh mint. Then, you will move onto preparing your second batch of spring rolls consisting of succulent pork and mushrooms held together in a crisp, lightly fried shell.
Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
