In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joseph, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course seafood dinner that showcases perfectly seared scallops. Chef Joseph will begin by teaching you how to create a classic and iconic homemade Caesar salad. Next, you'll get to roll up your sleeves and dive into mastering delicately seared scallops with a side of healthy quinoa tomatoes, fresh herbs and drizzled with a lemon-hazelnut sauce. For dessert, you'll whip up a creamy mascarpone with fresh berries and almond crumble.

Since graduating from culinary school, he has held a number of impressive roles including working at the Ritz Paris' cooking school and preparing food for a number of notable people including Laurent Perrier and the Michelin family. Chef Joseph is known for his personable, hands-on cooking classes in which he passes his extensive knowledge along to his students.
