Make restaurant-worthy dishes out of your favorite childhood snacks in this exciting cooking class. Culinary artist Chef Levi will lead a fun, hands-on lesson in culinary innovation as he teaches you an expert's cooking techniques.
Kick things off with a fun twist on boring salads. You'll make a shaved vegetable salad topped with a Mountain Dew vinaigrette and warm homemade corn chips. Keep the chips and soda coming for your next dish: pork chops glazed in Dr. Pepper and butter served alongside a Doritos-based polenta and refined vegetables. Save room for a dessert that combines childhood indulgence with an adult palate: Fruit Loop milk-flavored panna cotta topped with carmelized Cap'n Crunch and fresh berries. Creative gourmet cuisine at its finest!
