Join this fun, hands-on sushi cooking class where you’ll learn how to make beautiful rolls from scratch.


Led by Chef Becca, this cooking experience covers the basics of sushi-making in a clear and relaxed manner that allows you to learn at your own pace. During this session, you’ll practice simple knife skills, learn how to cook and season sushi rice properly and discover how to assemble rolls that hold together and look good on the plate. The menu includes classic California rolls, spicy tuna crunch rolls and fresh vegetable temaki. To finish, you’ll enjoy a crispy rice dessert topped with dark chocolate and toasted coconut.
