Cooking Class: Cook Timeless Italian Classics
Chef Charuta transports you to the Italian Old World in this exciting hands-on cooking class! She'll show you how to create a traditional Italian meal prepared with simple ingredients and all the rustic charm of authentic village cuisine.
Begin with a classic salad made with fresh tomatoes, Parmesan and spicy pepperoncini before preparing classic fried rice balls stuffed with risotto and mozzarella. For your entrée, create your choice of handmade pasta with shrimp scampi or chicken Pomodoro. For the perfect chef's kiss of a dessert, whip up a blueberry compote cheesecake to end the meal with another timeless classic.
