To start, you’ll make a traditional tomato and basil soup. Chef Burcu will then teach you the secret to crafting perfect ravioli, filled with mushrooms and spices and topped with homemade Alfredo sauce. For dessert, you’ll prepare an Italian classic — zuccotto — a semi-frozen Italian cake topped with roasted almonds, berries, vanilla and dark chocolate.
