Join Chef Magda for a hands-on cooking class focused on Spanish tapas.
You’ll start by searing shrimp and seasoning them with lemon zest, garlic and smoked paprika to make gambas al fuego. Then, grill a Castilian-style steak and prepare romesco sauce from roasted red peppers, almonds and sherry vinegar to serve alongside it. For dessert, you’ll make a vanilla crema with cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla.
