You’ll create authentic French fare, all completely from scratch, in this interactive cooking class. Chef Avi will teach you how to bring fruits, vegetables and meats to life. You’ll begin by making a traditional amuse bouche (bite-sized appetizer) with seafood, bell peppers and biscuits. You’ll follow this with a balanced, bistro salad with nuts and homemade dressing. For the entree, Chef Avi will teach you how to make a savory braised chicken stew (coq au vin) with wine and mushrooms. Finally, for dessert, you’ll craft a delicious apple-raisin galette.
