You’ll start by making pizza dough from scratch using a straightforward recipe, then practice kneading and stretching it into a proper crust. Build a classic Margherita with tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil and olive oil. Next, assemble a pepperoni pizza finished with arugula, ricotta and mozzarella for a creamy pizza bianca twist. Top your last pizza with smoked herring, fried ripe plantain and onion for a Caribbean-inspired version. You’ll work through each step yourself and leave with techniques you can reuse anytime.
