The class starts with a scallop appetizer, where you'll learn how to properly prepare the shellfish and cook it until succulent. Serve the scallops with white corn grits flavored with tequila and oranges. Next, learn the French technique to cook a Chateaubriand steak, a juicy tenderloin steak topped with a creamy Béarnaise sauce. Roast potatoes with a rich sauce made with cream, butter and garlic to make a Dauphinoise potato gratin for a side dish.
