In this hands-on sushi-making class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of making shrimp and vegetable sushi from scratch, step by step. You’ll start by cooking and seasoning sushi rice the right way (because great sushi always begins there). Then, you’ll practice simple knife skills to prep shrimp and veggies evenly, so every bite looks good and tastes even better. After that, it’s time for the fun part: learning how to spread rice on nori, layer your fillings and roll tight, well-shaped sushi using a bamboo mat. Book now!
