What You’ll Do

The class begins by chopping mushrooms and crafting one of the French mother sauces to create a mushroom velouté soup served alongside a puff pastry. Prepare a Riesling reduction sauce to braise tender chicken thighs alongside aromatics to craft a luxurious coq au vin blanc. Pipe creamy potatoes seasoned with roasted garlic to create pommes mont d'or for your side. And finish off the class with a decadent molten chocolate cake topped with a sweet raspberry coulis. Our French Bistro Fare cooking class experience with Chef Karen was wonderful and the food was merveilleux!!
