Learn how to make a multi-course meal featuring homemade Italian dishes in this cooking class with Chef Mathieu!
To begin the class, make a refreshing bruschetta made with crispy bread topped with fresh tomatoes and a tangy olive tapenade. Then, choose one of two dishes for your main course. Either pick a tender chicken marsala made with a rich Marsala wine sauce or an earthy mushroom risotto with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Chef Mathieu was fantastic. He kept open communication before the event and was very flexible with getting set up at our location. He made our cooking experience a very memorable one by including all of us in different aspects of creating our meal and working with our dietary restrictions. He is a champ at making the process go as smooth as possible even with the bumps in the road such as our stove top shutting off several times. He always kept up good spirits and had us all enjoying the process. I would highly recommend him!
