Learn how to prepare Japanese favorites in this cooking class with Chef Shovan.
Practice your knife skills to julienne vegetables to fill fresh spring rolls and make a peanut dipping sauce to serve alongside them. Next, master the art of making the perfect seasoned sushi rice to spread on nori sheets with salmon and avocado. Then, learn how to hand roll the sushi using a mat like a professional. Finish by drizzling a homemade spicy wasabi mayo over the top of your rolls. Next, make pan-fried garlic noodles with a little spice from chili flakes. Didn’t have enough rice to make enough sushi for everyone. This was not worth the cost to do at all. I could have watched a YouTube video on making rice and did it at home. Waste of money and time.

A little disappointed in presentation and the class could only go one at a time to make our rolls.
