Cooking Class: Handmade Sushi for Beginners
Master the art of making sushi from scratch in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Paul, you'll learn how to make a California sushi roll with traditional Japanese techniques. First, you'll learn how to make the perfect fluffy sushi rice to serve as the base. Then, layer cucumber and crab on top of the rice. You'll practice the technique of rolling your sushi by hand and then cutting it into pieces. Finish the class by indulging in your delicious feast and take your newfound skills back to your own kitchen.

Meet your chef
After studying culinary arts in New Brunswick, Chef Paul began his luminous career as a professional chef specializing in Korean and Japanese food. He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.
