Chef Paul was great fun to spend the evening with. He walked us through shopping for ingredients, preparing the meal, enjoying the meal and even some lovely cultural tidbits. I look forward to more dinners and events with Chef Paul as he made for a truly memorable evening.

Chef Paul was incredible, he made our experience enjoyable — his stories, his instruction and his demeanour were almost better than the food we created with him. Everything was beyond delicious, we will never enjoy fast food sushi the same way again. Thanks so much Chef Paul for sharing your talent and your passion for cooking with us!
