Master the art of making sushi in this hands-on team building activity. Chef Taciana will guide you through the basics of crafting a flavorful sushi roll. Learn how to make fluffy sushi rice for classic California and shrimp tempura rolls with fresh ingredients. Then, break into small groups and work together to create flavorful and unique sushi rolls with traditional ingredients and modern mix-ins. Use mango, jalapeños, pineapple and Sriracha mayonnaise to craft the winning roll. In the end, taste test each team's sushi and crown a winner.
