Cooking Class: Rustic Italian With a Modern Twist
Chef Rodney shares time-worn techniques and modern tips to create traditional Italian recipes. In this in-person cooking class, you'll learn how to make a roux, prepare a pastry tart and whip the perfect meringue. You'll begin with sweet corn veloute and a scallop and prawn tart. Next, you'll perfectly pan-sear rainbow trout and serve with roasted figs and wild mushrooms. Tart and refreshing Italian lemon meringue completes this rustic Italian-inspired meal.

This was an amazing anniversary experience. Chef Rodney was very enjoyable and knowledgeable. Food was awesome. We will be doing more classes with Chef Rodney.

What a joy this class was! He was welcoming from the get go, and a fun chef to work with. New to the Atlanta area, and he already knows so much about the Atlanta cooking scene. He was patient with each dish, and was playful when we messed up. Would book with him again!

10/10 amazing experience fun, funny, entertaining, relaxing and very informative great experience and I love the fact that now I can make my own sushi whenever however I want 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 great experience all around.
