Cooking Class: Sushi-Making Basics

Join Chef Jack for an introduction to making sushi in this hands-on cooking class. Learn the basics of sushi preparation and the techniques behind three unique sushi styles: temari sushi, avocado and mango roll, and a classic spicy tuna roll. Under the guidance of the chef, you will practice precision in your knife skills while slicing fresh fish, fruit and vegetables for your handcrafted sushi. Finish the meal with a silky green tea semifreddo flavored with sweet and earthy matcha.

Such a fun night! Chef Jack was able to accommodate a large group of us in our home and we all learned (and ate!) so much!! Thank you so much for taking the time and putting up with us. We had a blast and can’t wait to try out our new skills.
