Cooking Class: Professional Sushi Techniques

Practice professional techniques for a variety of sushi styles in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jack. The chef will guide you through the meticulous process of preparing fillets of fresh fish and making perfect sushi rice. Once you have mastered your knife cuts, move on to rolling your sushi. From classic sashimi and nigiri, you will progress to an inside-out avocado roll and a spicy tuna hand roll, also known as temaki sushi. For a sweet ending to this interactive class, enjoy a rich maple pots de crème.

Such a fun night! Chef Jack was able to accommodate a large group of us in our home and we all learned (and ate!) so much!! Thank you so much for taking the time and putting up with us. We had a blast and can’t wait to try out our new skills.
