Cooking Class: Homemade Pasta and Risotto

Spend a fun evening learning new culinary techniques in this interactive cooking class led by Chef Daniel. Begin by making homemade tagliatelle pasta and a garlic cream sauce. Next is a pillowy potato gnocchi and a creamy white wine sauce. Pair these pasta creations with mushroom risotto prepared with Arborio rice, onions and Parmesan. Dessert is a sweet and airy tiramisu mousse with instant coffee, whipped cream and chocolate.

Daniel was awesome! We was punctual, prepared, super friendly, and beyond helpful. He gave us as many tips and tricks as he could possibly fit in and we had the best time learning to cook Italian. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and have him back to our house.
