In just 90 minutes, you'll learn the essentials of pizza making, from working with dough to building flavor-packed toppings. The final 30 minutes are all about sitting back, relaxing and enjoying your freshly baked creation alongside your new cooking buddies. Designed for beginners and pizza lovers alike, this class keeps things interactive, social and easy to follow. Working with Chef Hamzeh has been an incredible experience. He’s not your typical chef—he’s proactive, always learning new recipes, and truly understands the kitchen from the ground up. Hamzeh consistently shows up on time and delivers some of the most delicious and creative dishes I’ve ever tasted. He uses his resources wisely and maintains a high standard when ordering supplies, always choosing premium, fresh ingredients—sometimes it feels like the food came straight from the farm.
