Nice and organized. Chef Hamzeh was amazing! Very passionate about cooking. Class was easy for beginners I was able to follow without problems. Atmosphere was fun and delightful. Was very full after the meal.

Working with Chef Hamzeh has been an incredible experience. He’s not your typical chef—he’s proactive, always learning new recipes, and truly understands the kitchen from the ground up. Hamzeh consistently shows up on time and delivers some of the most delicious and creative dishes I’ve ever tasted. He uses his resources wisely and maintains a high standard when ordering supplies, always choosing premium, fresh ingredients—sometimes it feels like the food came straight from the farm. His prep skills are unmatched. Hamzeh is a true one-man show, and it’s fascinating to watch him prepare, cook, and serve guests with such ease and confidence. He has worked and led kitchens in regions including the Middle East, Europe and North America, managing restaurants and developing diverse menus along the way. A former culinary instructor at a globally recognized culinary institution, he brings strong technical knowledge and teaching expertise. Now based in Vancouver, Chef Hamzeh specializes in sharing refined techniques and global flavors through hands-on instruction in his panoramic kitchen.
