You'll start by making a fluffy rice flavored with saffron to be the base of the dish. Then, fill the paella with onions, bell peppers and peas. Cook fresh seafood to add to the paella. Finish the class by enjoying your homemade feast of flavors after mastering the art of authentic paella.
