The power of traditional flavorful Indian dishes will overwhelm you with passion in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shovan. Dive into the world of spices and flavors as you make vegetable samosas by hand. Choose between a delicious chicken tikka dish or fish amritsari. Then, prepare a delectable side dish of coconut shrimp curry with peas pulao involving curry leaves, shrimp, onion, basmati rice and green peas. Finish with a delightful dessert of halwa, full of sugar, nuts and raisins.

Vegetable Samosa
With flour, ghee, potato, raisins and whole Indian spices
Chicken Tikka
With boneless chicken, whole Indian spices and yogurt

With Basa fish, fried fish spice, gram flour, lemon juice and garlic
Coconut Shrimp Curry With Peas Pulao
With shrimp, onion, desiccated coconut, milk, onion, curry leaves, basmati rice and green peas

With semolina, sugar, ghee, nuts and raisins

Didn’t have enough rice to make enough sushi for everyone. This was not worth the cost to do at all. I could have watched a YouTube video on making rice and did it at home. Waste of money and time.
