Begin your lesson by crafting a barley rice salad, then prepare a side dish of tofu ricotta canapés. For the main course, you'll create a delectable and classic broccoli mushroom stir fry with tofu and rice noodles. Complete this scrumptious meal with a sweet and rich dessert of coconut date balls made with nuts and raisins. Vegan food was never so mouthwatering!

Didn’t have enough rice to make enough sushi for everyone. This was not worth the cost to do at all. I could have watched a YouTube video on making rice and did it at home. Waste of money and time.

A little disappointed in presentation and the class could only go one at a time to make our rolls.
