Fresh donuts better than the bakery will be the subject of this interactive cooking class. Chef Nuwan will teach the recipe and techniques for creating the perfect soft and fluffy fried donut. First, you'll learn to create the doughnut dough with sugar, flour, eggs and yeast. Then, learn how to cut and shape the sweet treat. Next, learn how to fry the dough until it is perfectly golden brown. Whip up a chocolate ganache with chocolate and cream to fill your pastries. Then, indulge in your pastry creation!
