Cooking Class: Japanese Surf and Turf

Make a decadent surf and turf meal with Japanese flare in this engaging cooking class. Chef Janice will guide you through crafting a curated menu of sushi and steakhouse favorites. To begin, you'll make a spicy salmon maki with creamy avocado and a sriracha and sesame sauce. Next, make a soup with chicken broth flavored with mushrooms and scallions and a refreshing salad with ginger dressing. Craft a hibachi ribeye and stir-fried teriyaki noodles as the main course. And finish the meal with a luxurious mango tapioca pudding for dessert.

Chef Janice was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice while preparing. She answered all of my questions while continuing to teach and gave some alternative healthy ways to prepare the same dish and some great pairings.
