Cooking Class: Sushi Rolling 101
In this introductory sushi-making cooking class, Chef Logan will teach you the knife skills, rice handling and garnishing techniques you need to know to start rolling sushi like a professional. You'll prepare a variety of unique rolls during your time together, each roll allowing you to practice your new skills. You'll prepare a refreshing mango avocado roll, a Philly roll with candied salmon and cream cheese, and a dynamic volcano roll with a savory Japanese spice mix. For dessert, you'll round out your meal with classic green tea ice cream.

The best cooking class ever! I took a sushi class with my son and chef Logan was absolutely fabulous. He is a culinary encyclopedia and can teach you everything you need to know about cooking, and tell you stories of how different dishes and cooking techniques came to be. I highly recommend him!

Chef Logan's background spans a diverse array of cuisines, although his specialty is Italian food. He prides himself on his homemade pizza, which he loves to share with his students. Not only does Chef Logan work with aspiring chefs of all abilities but also of any dietary persuasion, as he can easily accommodate allergies and intolerances.
