Chef Tim will guide your team through the recipes and techniques, starting by making a fresh pasta dough using flour, eggs and water. Then, learn how to shape and cook the dough like a pasta pro. You'll whip up homemade sauces for your pasta. Make marinara made with crushed tomatoes and herbs. Cook an alfredo made from heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. And a homemade pesto with basil and pine nuts. Mix in various ingredients to make your own creative pasta dish.

Brilliant fun! This was a birthday present for my high-school aged grandson who dreams of becoming a chef, and Chef Tim delivered! We both feel we could duplicate his recipes from memory! Informative. Relaxed! And most importantly, tasty!

Chef Timmy is a fabulous instructor and chef! He taught a pasta making class for us. He gave a great lesson and taught everyone a lot. On top of that he was completely entertaining! Would recommend him as a chef and an instructor!

Chef Tim, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco, started his career in fine dining at The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards and as a private chef in San Francisco. He further developed his craft, taking roles at major corporations like Nike and Intel, where he excelled in special catering and cooking demonstrations. His expertise in pasta making was highlighted at Lovejoy Bakery and Sorellina and he recently led the culinary department as Dining Service Director at a retirement community. In his free time, Chef Tim shares his pasta-making skills through advanced tutorials for other chefs.
