Cooking Class: Asian Dumplings

Working with extremely fresh ingredients, learn how to prepare handmade dumplings from scratch under the guidance of Chef Harold. 


In this hands-on class, the knowledgable Chef Harold will share with you the techniques you need to make beautiful dumplings, plus tips to boost your everyday cooking. Begin the class with savory wonton soup, then dive into making pork dumplings with onion, ginger and scallions, and sweet steamed dumplings filled with red bean paste. Delicious!

Our cooking classes are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
