Begin your lesson with a creamy açaí bowl featuring berries and peanut butter, followed by a gluten-free bagel topped with cashew cream cheese and smoky carrot lox. Then it's onward to an imaginative reinvention of a savory classic: breakfast tacos filled with tofu, soy chorizo and black beans and topped with cashew queso.

I surprised my boyfriend with this vegan cooking class for his birthday (he is Vegan and I am not). The decor of the restaurant is awesome and has trendy vegan vibes. The date was very was just us and chef Fernanda! The menu for the class was authentic Mexican plant based foods. We loooved this experience and had a great time. From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, everything was amazing. Chef Fernanda was a great teacher, had a wonderful attitude, was very encouraging and knowledgeable, and gave us great cooking tips. We were able to keep all of the recipes to take home with us. 10/10 would recommend for a date night or fun group activity!
