The evening kicks off with a relaxed welcome reception featuring fresh breads, dips and signature cocktails while you mingle with colleagues and Chef Pierre. Then it’s time to head into the kitchen for a lively cooking session where you’ll prepare dishes side by side with the chef. After cooking, you’ll sit down together to enjoy your handmade three-course Japanese meal, including chicken karaage salad with spicy mayo, miso-marinated salmon with edamame purée and sesame rice, plus your choice of Japanese Nama chocolate or matcha chiffon cake for dessert.
