Cooking Class: Indian Dhaba Favorites

You will learn to add tadka, whole or ground spices heated in hot oil or ghee, to create beloved Indian dishes such as aloo tikka chaat and tikka masala. Pair your dishes with fresh chutneys and warm roti for an authentic Indian dhaba experience. To finish the meal, you will prepare classic Indian sweets including gulab jamun served with a creamy, saffron-infused kesar rabri.

Chef Rahul is a wonderful instructor! He teaches different techniques on how to bring out different flavors of spices while cooking. He adds a unique flare to traditional dishes.
