Cooking Class: Sushi With a Tropical Twist

Looking to switch up your usual sushi night? Learn how to roll sushi in this fun cooking class with Chef Magda. 


You’ll start by seasoning shrimp with jerk spices, then roll it with mango and cucumber in nori sheets for a Jamaican-inspired sushi roll. Next, prepare a tuna roll with pineapple, avocado and a drizzle of soy sauce. You’ll also marinate chicken in garlic, orange and lime for a Cuban-style mojo roll with pickled onion and plantain.
