You’ll start by building a beautiful antipasto platter with seasonal veggies, cured meats and cheeses. Then it’s pasta time! You’ll make fresh dough from scratch with a hint of sage, roll it out and hand-shape it into linguine. While your pasta cooks, you’ll simmer a creamy tomato vodka sauce to toss everything together. To finish the meal, you’ll layer up a classic tiramisu with mascarpone, cacao and espresso-soaked biscuits. Come hungry, learn traditional techniques and leave with Italian recipes you’ll actually want to recreate at home.
