Chef Mohit shares his vast knowledge of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. You'll use high-quality ingredients and smart cooking techniques to create a four-course meal. Start with shrimp salad rolls filled with vegetables and Thai peanut sauce. Your entrée is Fijian-style Masala fried fish served with red Thai chicken curry with coconut milk and rice. Dessert is a lemon pudding tart filled with cream, custard powder and milk.

Chef Mohit outdid himself with the moussaka! I can not say enough good things about the dessert either, not too heavy or sweet. Just the right thing to finish dinner off with.
Hailing from Fiji, Chef Mohit is a highly skilled chef. He cut his teeth on the island and worked there for several years before moving to Canada. Having studied cooking and hotel management, he specializes in customer-centric hospitality. He loves to create all sorts of dishes, but Caribbean, Thai and Greek fare made with fresh produce and seafood are Chef Mohit's specialties.
