Chef Meena will show you how to turn fresh veggies and warm spices into classic dishes you’ll actually want to make at home. You’ll kick things off with crispy veggie pakoras made with potato, onion, spinach and chickpea flour, served with tangy chutneys. Next, you’ll learn the secrets to making aloo gobi, a cozy curry of potato and cauliflower cooked with tomatoes and spices. And if you've ever wanted to make your own Indian bread, now’s your chance. You’ll mix, roll and cook soft, buttery roti from scratch. And for dessert, you'll make creamy bowl of kheer infused with saffron and cardamom that’s just the right amount of sweet.
