Discover how easy it is to make pasta from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Join Chef Daniel for an immersive pasta feast!
To begin the class, Chef Daniel will teach the recipe to make pasta dough from scratch and the technique to knead and roll out the dough before cutting it into tagliatelle pasta. As it boils, simmer a traditional tomato sauce flavored with garlic and basil and finished with a sprinkle of Grana Padano cheese. Next, transform potatoes into pillowy-soft gnocchi served in a beef jus and herb oil sauce, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese for a savory second course. End the meal on a sweet note and make a decadent tiramisu. Layer rich chocolate, vibrant coffee and soft cake finished with a dollop of custard for dessert.
