Cooking Class: Master Modern Italian Recipes

Craft vibrant Italian dishes with a contemporary flare in this engaging cooking class led by Chef Janice. You'll create four dazzling recipes with fresh ingredients starting with a salad made from fresh melons, creamy burrata and crispy pancetta with a balsamic vinaigrette drizzle. Next, make a chicken piccata flavored with lemon and capers and served with herbal fingerling potatoes. Make a creamy pomodoro sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and handmade pasta to toss in it. Finish the meal with a refreshing limoncello triffle with pistachio crumbs for dessert.

Chef Janice was very knowledgeable and gave some great advice while preparing. She answered all of my questions while continuing to teach and gave some alternative healthy ways to prepare the same dish and some great pairings.
