You´ll learn how to blend flavors exquisitely, keeping in mind top-tier culinary techniques to prepare flavorful recipes. Start by making a crispy crostini topped with creamy brie and fresh blueberries. Next, prepare tasty lamb pops with a soft potato pavé, purple broccolini and a sprinkle of mint and parsley. As a dessert, you´ll poach pears in Chardonnay and purple butterfly pea flow tea and serve with lemon crema and candied lemons.
