The chef is nice but things didn’t quite work out as planned (the fitness didn’t work) so the class was very short and focused primarily on decorating pavlova.

Chef Karmala was a great night/experience. She was very prepared and knowledgeable! She encouraged questions about anything cooking wise which I enjoyed.
The food was amazing as well!! It was spicy but it gave the experience that much more fun lol We all had fun during every step of the menu!
Definitely recommend her for more that just this class, but for special occasions as well!

I took one of Mala's class and I learnt so much and enjoyed the whole thing that I signed up for more of her classes. She is very knowledgeable and well organized and she jokes throughout which makes you feel at home and relaxed. I highly recommend her classes.

Working with Chef Karmala was a pleasure! Right from the outset, she ensured that every single one of my requests was met. She had great suggestions that fit everyone's taste and dietary needs. For one of my events, she crafted a picnic-style buffet that was nothing short of amazing. I was in awe as she not only transported all of the food but made the spread look like a masterpiece! The guests talked about it for weeks afterward. Not only did it perfectly align with my budget, but it surpassed all my expectations.
