Gather your crew for an exciting team building activity featuring friendly competition and Vietnamese cooking. Chef Alicia will demonstrate how to prepare authentic Asian-Pacific dishes everyone will love to recreate at home, plus some valuable cooking skills.
Then, your team will break out into groups and put their new knowledge to the test. They’ll work together to craft restaurant-worthy Vietnamese vegetable spring rolls served with a savory peanut sauce. Next, they’ll prepare a traditional banh mi sandwich with salty Maggi sauce and crunchy pickled carrots. Finally, they’ll come together to enjoy bold Vietnamese coffee as they bake scrumptious ginger cookies.
All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
