Begin with an elegant steak tartare featuring dijon mustard, pickles, egg yolk, herbs and crostini. Next, you'll learn how to perfectly cook a steak bordelaise with red wine, shallots, bone marrow and beef jus. Prepare a mouthwatering side of creamed spinach and roasted wild mushrooms with a touch of smoked salt, shallots and double cream. And for dessert, enjoy a wonderful no-bake cheesecake made with cream cheese, homemade graham crumbles, caramel and mint.
