During this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn to craft two classics from scratch: a fresh veggie roll loaded with mango, avocado and cucumber, and the ever-popular California roll featuring crab, avocado and cucumber. Didn’t have enough rice to make enough sushi for everyone. This was not worth the cost to do at all. I could have watched a YouTube video on making rice and did it at home. Waste of money and time.

A little disappointed in presentation and the class could only go one at a time to make our rolls.

Chef Shovan was a great teacher who was clearly well educated in what he was teaching. He was kind and patient and the sushi was amazing!
