Cooking Class: Make Korean Sushi
Infuse something new into your sushi night with this immersive cooking class led by Chef Shovan. Under his expert guidance, you'll learn how to add Korean flavors to handmade sushi rolls.
In this class, you'll learn how to make tuna kimbap and vegetable kimbap rolls. Practice your knife skills by chopping fresh ingredients, like carrots, cucumber and yellow pickled radish. Plus, learn how to make seasoned sushi rice. Next, you'll assemble your sushi rolls. Layer tuna, eggs and fresh vegetables with sushi rice on nori sheets. And layer tofu or soy meat with rice and vegetables for the vegetarian rolls. Master the technique of rolling your sushi like a pro, then slice the perfect pieces. Finish the class by reveling in your homemade sushi rolls.

Didn’t have enough rice to make enough sushi for everyone. This was not worth the cost to do at all. I could have watched a YouTube video on making rice and did it at home. Waste of money and time.
